In 2022, Dr. Sreeja Musunuru joined her family business, assuming the role of leading Branding and CRM operations for the group.
Dr. Musunuru earned her MBBS from Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, followed by further studies in MHA at Coventry University, UK. Her diverse background brings a unique perspective to the strategic development and operational efficiency of the group.
She focuses on comprehending evolving customer needs and aligning customer services with the brand’s values.
M. Sriram, an alumnus of BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, holds a BE (Honors) degree in EEE Engineering and furthered his education with an MBA from Cardiff University. In 2011, he joined his family business, bringing a fusion of technical expertise and managerial acumen.
At the helm of the operations vertical, Sriram spearheads the endeavor for quality construction and timely project delivery. His commitment ensures the maintenance of the high standards and promises of excellence synonymous with the group.
Joining the family business in 2005, Shri Vallurupalli Venkata Kiran was the first among his generation. Collaborating with his father, Dr. V. N. Rao, Mr. Srinivasa Rao and other family members, played a key role in leading and managing the teams.
Currently heading Sales & Marketing for the group, Shri Venkata Kiran has been pivotal in successfully repositioning Reliance Builders in the dynamic Hyderabad market. As the group enters a new era of community development, his role remains crucial in positioning the group as a trusted developer.
He plays an essential role in harmonizing current customer requirements with the offerings provided by the organisation.
Sri Rama Krishna Vallurupalli joined the group as Partner since 1988. He lends his silent support to the foundation of Reliance Builders, embodying a commitment to shared values and vision.
In 1988, Shri Satyanarayana Rao Vallurupalli, alongside his brother Dr. V. N. Rao, became an integral part of Reliance Builders. Bringing his financial expertise to the forefront since 2005, Shri Satyanarayana Rao has been a guiding force in steering the group’s financial matters with precision.
Beyond his contributions to the business, he serves as a governing body member of the AANM VVRSR Society, further exemplifying his commitment to education and community development.
Co-founder of the business alongside Shri M. S. Rao in 1988, Dr. Nageswara Rao Vallurupalli brings a wealth of experience to our enterprise. His ongoing commitment is reflected in the valuable guidance and advice he provides regularly to the leadership team.
Hailing from a lineage of educators, Dr. Rao’s familial legacy includes where his father was a co-founder for the establishment of the AANM VVRSR Society, overseeing numerous educational institutes in Gudlavalleru, Andhra Pradesh. Serving as the Chairman of the governing body, Dr. Rao steers the society with visionary leadership from the helm.
